Congratulations, Amy Rossi – Star of the 2nd Quarter 2017!

Amy serves on the Membership Committee, and although she is new, she immediately goes to work calling and emailing members for renewal or recruitment. When the PCMA National Website Membership portal was down, Amy manually worked from an excel sheet, calling and emailing members for renewal and those in danger of canceling. Despite many challenges, she helped the chapter achieve 57.58% of the retention goal.

Amy also helped the chapter achieve the highest actualized recruitment of 118 members for the month of May compared to other PCMA chapters. Her proactive and energetic actions produce great results despite technical challenges with the membership portal.
