WHAT IS EDC?

The Event Design Collective (EDC) are event designers who train and consult with event owners, event managers and educators. Their approach is based on our experience, experiments and expertise. They train teams and individuals to apply the Event Canvas methodology to elevate the field of event design, and advise clients from membership-based organizations to NGOs and corporations.

EVENT DESIGN WORKSHOP

  • Learn about and apply a practical visual language and innovation process to describe, challenge, and design high stakes events
  • Gain the ability to analyze and use powerful examples of event design, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations, membership-based organizations and NGO’s and governments.
  • Tackle a core challenge of every organization enabling teams to design and create compelling events that participants want to attend and that create valued behavior change for stakeholders.
  • Form a sound understanding of the skills required to have the strategic conversation at the most senior levels and identified the next steps in skills development to be able to have these conversations with confidence.

In a changing business landscape, event owners are faced with the need for change and event teams are challenged how to implement that change. The Event Design Collective uses a three-stage methodology to get a grip on how events create value and how to measure success through behavioral change. Find out how you can lead change in your organization.
