Next Generation Task Force

Mission: The mission of the PCMA Capital Chapter NextGen Task Force is to identify current needs of next gen (30 and under) members, facilitating awareness of networking and engagement opportunities for members in the early stages of their career.

2024 Chairs: Nathaniel Holic & Erinn Sanders

The goals of the PCMA Next Gen Task Force include collecting data from 50% of the PCMA Capital Chapter’s Next Gen members through use of surveys, social media, and word-of-mouth participation, and developing four action items based on the data, focusing on digital presence, membership benefits, engaging educational content, and event participation. We aim to complete these goals by EOY.
