Re-Unite for the Future: A Celebration of our Members, Chapter, and Industry

Volunteers like you selflessly give their time to serve the Chapter and its members. Join the PCMA Capital Chapter in the ultimate celebration of our volunteers, our members and our Chapter. We want to thank you for all you’ve done to support our profession throughout the past year and a half during a night of recognition that we hope will fly high and take us into the next year.

We are offering both an in-person experience and a virtual one for you to decide what you are most comfortable with.  If you’re no longer able to attend in-person, please contact us at [email protected] and we can update your registration to a virtual attendee.

Slowly, and most importantly safely, we are coming together to reach new heights. Let’s celebrate where we’ve been and where we are going. Following the awards presentation we will enjoy time together networking. Our host venue will be preparing a menu that creates a day in the life of a busy traveler when you stay at a Royal Sonesta.

For those celebrating with us virtually, we’ll have a DJ and a game room. Don’t be surprised if some of the in person participants join the online fun!

The Royal Sonesta offers valet parking only. The cost is $20.00 plus tax.

Metro:
The DuPont Circle Metro Station (Red Line) is a three minute walk to the Royal Sonesta Hotel.

COVID-19 Guidelines

The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is a top priority for the Capital Chapter.  We will be implementing the following guidelines:

• Proof of full vaccination will be required and verified prior to entrance. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Unfortunately, with the current transmission rates we will not be offering in-person access with proof of negative COVID-19 test results for non-vaccinated people.  We do invite and encourage anyone to join us via the virtual platform and receive the full content of the event.
• Attendees are strongly encourage mask wearing while not actively eating or drinking.
• Protect yourself by frequent hand washing and minimizing face touching.
• Do NOT attend if feeling ill or if you have had recent COVID-19 exposure.
