The mission of PCMA and the Capital Chapter is to be the leading organization for meetings and events professionals by delivering superior and innovative education, connecting members of the community, and promoting the value of professional convention management.

Vision

To be the leading community of choice for education and thought leadership among meetings and events industry professionals in the greater Washington, D.C. region and be an advocate for the promotion of meetings and events management within the industry and the general public.

2017 Board of Directors Meetings

Meetings will start promptly at 12:00 pm. Chapter members are invited to attend the meeting and participate in the open forum. The time given to each person is dependent upon how many people request to speak. Members may attend and observe the meeting but may not speak, make motions, or vote. Members must leave the room should the board go into Executive Session.
