As we continue our Lunch & Learn series from last year, we thought this topic would “Spark” some great discussion between peers. Meeting professionals continue to be expected to do more amazing or impactful things without increasing their budgets. So what have you done in those situations? With less time? Or money? Or staff? How have you been able to hack these situations and get results? Come share your knowledge and see what you can learn from other planners or suppliers.
