The PCMA Capital Chapter is excited to announce our 2021 Call for Speakers. We had such a great response from speakers and chapter members last year that we can’t wait to see what you have in store for us this year. 2020 threw a lot of curve balls at us and we’re hoping for some amazing case studies and war stories.
We will continue this year with four half day education programs, beginning with Global Meetings Industry Day in April and our signature “Spark” programs in June, August, and October. During COVID-19 we implemented Virtual Lunch & Learns to keep our Chapter connected and it demonstrated the need to continue discussing hot topics in our ever changing environment. We plan to offer at least 6 of these in 2021.
This year’s Chapter theme is Recovery, Opportunity, and Innovation, with topics focusing on bringing our industry together to grow, remain agile, and recover together. Below is a list of broad topics for each event, but we are open to other ideas relevant to the meetings and events industry as well that may not be listed below. We encourage you to submit content or refer speakers as early as possible since planning will start at least 4 months prior to each Spark and 6 weeks prior to each Lunch & Learn.
